Car arrivals: The best way to get directions is to go to http://maps.yahoo.com. Type your address in Block (a) and type “5711 Abercorn Street, Savannah Ga. 31405” in Block (b)on the left side of the screen.

 

Air arrivals: Unbelievably, Savannah has no type of airport shuttle.  Typically, there are many available taxis by baggage claim, though.  Please tell whomever you choose that you need to go to the Hilton Garden Inn, MIDTOWN.  Remember to say MIDTOWN, as there are other Hilton Garden Inns in Savannah.

Thursday November 5 - Welcome Reception 7-9:30PM

 


Friday November 6 – Bus trip to The Mighty Eighth Museum, 10:30 am. Lunch at the museum, split into 2 groups because of the size of the lunch room.

                                  Depart museum for hotel at 3:00 pm.

                                               Dinner at the Hotel 7:30 – 9:30

 

Saturday November 7 – Depart hotel for Old Town Trolley tour at 9:00 am.

                                       1:00 pm, Trolley return to the hotel for anyone who wishes to go

                                        4:30 pm, Last trolley return to the hotel. (If you miss this one you will have to take

                                        Cab back to the hotel).

                                        7:00 – 11:00 pm – Dinner/Dance CASH BAR 7:00-11:00 pm. Dinner at 8:00 pm.

 

Sunday November 8 – Lunch at the Hotel (If you visit the local attractions you will not be at lunch)

  

Sunday November 8 – Banquet at Hotel.

       Chicken Saltimbocca – seasoned, roasted chicken breast stuffed with prosciutto.

 

       JR’s Choice Cut Filet, 8 oz filet drizzled with red wine glaze.
